Verde Ranch is a medium sized Oro Valley Arizona subdivision of 158 lots located on the Southwest corner of Tangerine & La Canada right in the middle town. This subdivision is right across from the Post Office and is close to area schools and all Oro Valley Shopping & Dining venues.
All the homes in Verde Ranch were built by Meritage Homes in the mid 2000's. There are a mixture of 1 and 2 story homes in here and there are a also a couple of small parks with playground equipment for the kids. The Verde Ranch subdivision is well maintained with an managed by an active Verde Ranch Homeowners Association and a group of happy residents. A home in Verde Ranch will run from around $300,000 to a little over $500,000. Oro Valley is a wonderful place to live and Verde Ranch is a great subdivision right in the heart of town. There are 3 large neighborhood shopping centers less than 5 minutes away, each featuring different grocery stores, drug stores and ancillary stores so everything you need is close at hand. The new Oro Valley Public Library is located just one light south of here at La Canada and Naranja and is popular with local residents and school kids for guality study or research time. The library has several public computers available on a sign in basis. In addition the Oro Valley Hospital is just 5 minutes East on Tangerine! Verde Ranch homes are served by excellent schools in the Amphitheater School District including the Wilson K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High Schools. The school bus goes through here with a couple stops so it's very convenient for the Mom's.
